The Kelowna Museum collects, conserves, displays and interprets aspects of the social and natural histories of the Central Okanagan set in their wider context of the world. Permanent galleries include decorative fine art and craft, and ethnographic and natural history exhibits. The programmed exhibition space changes on a rotating basis and has a diverse range of themes. Mon to Sat 10 am to 5 pm.
The Galleria is an important venue for local artists to display their work and organize their own shows. Located in the heart of the cultural district, the Rotary Centre for the Arts is a multi-disciplinary facility with working studios for artists and artisans, galleries, a theatre, pottery studio, bistro, dance studio and meeting spaces. Daily 8 am - 8 pm.
Located in the heart of Kelowna's Cultural District, the gallery serves the Central Okanagan Valley with regular exhibitions by contemporary Canadian artists, while the permanent collection has a focus on Okanagan and other BC-based artists. The gallery is a unique venue for special events and offers a variety of classes, workshops, etc for people of all ages. Tues to Sat 10 am - 5 pm, Thur till 9 pm, Sun 1 pm - 4 pm.
